The cottage has one double bedroom and large sitting room, with a woodburner, at first floor level, overlooking the millpond. On the ground floor is a wet-room, boiler (a ground source heat pump) and drying room and a kitchen. This was part of the watermill, probably the offices, and the new wheel will be adjacent to the bedroom window.
