Brighten up a cold January weekend!  Learn something new and fun in the company of others.  No partners needed.

Dancing in a circle, in the ancient symbol of unity, forging an understanding with one another, can be a very magical experience, reflecting joy and celebration, peace and harmony.  I am aware of the history of circle dances representing as they do brief, yearning, love, thankfulness and reflection, and the rediscovery of ancient energies.  Dances all have a story, be they historical, often thousands of years old, or modern.  Celebrating life's experiences in dance is virtually lost to our culture.

On this introductory course we will learn a selection of dances, with plenty of chance to learn the steps, and take time to get back into the rhythms of our ancestors while enjoying the fun of the faster dances and the stillness of the slower ones.  Dances will include some choreographed to represent the Bach flower remedies, dances from various countries and varied styles.
