  • Relax and gain trust
The workshop will help you learn techniques for head massage, neck, shoulders, hands and feet. There will be guides to massage and acupressure points on the face, head, body, neck and shoulders.

Notes and diagrams will be available.

Single people are of course very welcome and we will find you a partner on the day.

Students comments:

Shawn's demonstrations were clear and she was supportive.  Very relaxing, nice and warm, lovely lunch, very welcoming.

I have had a lovely day here - it filled my expectations.  The welcome, food and teaching were excellent and I feel that I have definitely learned something today.

Most enjoyable day, quite a difficult subject to get the hang of in a day.  Need more relaxation before we started I think.  Thank you for a great lunch.

Excellent course, excellent day, very good for the beginners.  I found it difficult to know how much pressure and where to apply and how slowly.  It was useful that Shawn moved around the class during practical sessions.

Really enjoyed it.  Shawn gave us a lovely day.  Lovely environment - lovely food - nice friendly group. I think I'll feel much more confident about giving massage now. Very informative and enjoyable.

Thank you for today.  You made us feel very welcome and have really enjoyed the day.  The best bit I thought were those beautiful onions in the soup.
