10 - 4.30 Design, mosaic and cast your own paving slabs for the garden. Or they could be stepping stones. They are about 25cm square. Anne will show you how to do one and then you can take the frame away with you to create others.

Using the indirect method we will create a mosaic ready for casting into a slab. Mosaic techniques plus casting methods will be explored. No experience necessary.
Mosaic materials (Glass and ceramic tiles) provided but if you have something you would like to use bring it with you. It needs to be suitable for outdoors.
Wooden frame and base are provided which you will take with you so you can make further paving slabs. Casting will be demonstrated and you will cast your own slab at home, which will be ready in 5 days.
