Jane Williams has a first degree in Zoology and has completed a Masters degree in tortoise welfare at the University of Southampton (2011).

Jane has over twenty years’ experience of keeping tortoises and running a tortoise rescue centre in Essex. She has lectured students at the Royal veterinary College, London, on tortoise husbandry and welfare.

Jane has been on The BBC’s One Show with her tortoises and delivers talks and workshops to schools, veterinary staff and tortoise owners.
