£75 inc. home-made lunch
10 - 4.30

The idea behind this course is to use the beautiful and remote setting of Assington Mill as an outdoor gym, so that you get the benefit of the clean air (there are no houses or tarmac roads in sight) as well as the exercise.  You won't be running around all day; there will be stretching exercises and floor work in the large workshop, which is built of strawbales.  We shall be using the meadows and woods and bark covered tracks, whatever the weather.

No need to worry about your fitness level as you can go at your own pace, regardless of the task.  We will, however, ask you various questions about your health when you sign up, so that Dan can assess your physical capacity.  Click on his name above to see more about Dan.
